I'm not sure that you've actually read the Quran with translation, just stuff that mullahs or CNN talk about is what you're apparently going by. Every body has to go into his or her own grave but spread of STDs affects live human beings. Would you like Pakistani women to have itching and burning due to herpes, HPV etc. like in the west.
