 That is a 1 block qide vertical T-Flip Flop that works for 1.73. I didn't search youtube, I just found it by accident, and saw you both checked the wiki, and you said you didn't see another video out there on this.

thanks for this man, but it took me a min to figure out how to wire this to a gear box in the better than wolves mod, but when i did, i felt like an idiot for not figuring it out.. Now i dont have to have any unsightly bulges sticking out of my castle courtyard wall, since its all inside it.
