  • I drooled while watching this video. Must have this knife..

  • If you hear a banjo run!!!!! You could be squealing like a pig!

  • I love the way you pounded the dirt after you cut through the 3rd piece of wood :)

Fuckin ruthless! I've got a CG ASH1 with a very nice sheath that I'm looking to sell.

    Gabriel.

  • Great technique!...minimum strikes in both chopping and batoning. So why afraid to talk on camera? Btw, how thick is this blade?

  • @ayokay123 The blade is 4 millimeters thick.

Afraid to talk on camera because I don't want my voice on the net. I've got a lot of enemies because not everybody likes my vids and to see knives pushed to their limits. Especially the Fallkniven guys and fans became very angry after I've posted the video showing an A2 chipping at the edge (I'v been banned from all fallkniven forums for that). And they would've extend that aggression to my personal life if they could identify me.

  • @out5yder Get over it with that i have alot of enemies bullshit no one gives a shit what you do with your knives I guess you think you have a phone tap and satellites are watching just you.

  • hey dude. could you test a spyderco forager with the same cutting/batoning exercises as with your other blades? i hadn't seen any vids featuring said blade. thx.

  • Nope. I don't have a spyderco forager and I don't intend to buy one in the near future. Sorry...

  • all my envy! what a great knife do you have! congratulations.

  • and its just an skinny ASH. tha combat grade is 0.32" thick. This one is 0.22 in think. So now you can figure how deep can bite a combat grade ASH, or a FHS (like mine, haha ) or a Battle Mistress.

  • I have also showed in this vid how it bites while hitting in different angles (can see at the beginning it doesn't bite at all, but after hitting oblique and a bit harder it bites very deep).

With the factory edge it doesn't bite that deep. I resharpened it. A full thickness Busse knife (non-skinny) should bite even deeper than my skinny. This ASH is the best knife I have ever purchased.

  • It was poplar

  • wow! that is some mean bite!

    what wood was that?

  • great vid. just recently purchased a FF Battle Mistress, she´s my first Hog!

  • OMG OMG OMG! you hit the ground with your knife at 45 seconds... You must now be shot!

OK seriously, those guys were ... interesting. BTW i got banned because of you...But how do you like your Busse? Looks like it bites as deep as the A2, can you tell me your impressions on edge retention of INFI vs VG10?

  • hey did you get a scrap yard sod

  • Nope, I don't use big knives. SOD is a big one. The Skinny ASH is the maximum size for what I need. I only buy knives that I use.

  • the sod is only a 1/2 inch shoter that the fallkniven a2 and only 1 inch bigger that the ash 1

  • Yes, but it's wide like Skinny ASH and thick like A2, which means it is heavier than both A2 and Skinny ASH

  • thanks man i was just going to ask you for this vid

  • Wow! Yo've been really fast, man. I've just uploaded it few minutes ago. How did you know? Are you searching youtube all the time?

  • i knew bescause i subscribe to you
