I couldn't have said it better myself coach meadows. When I young, I used to fight with my sisters and sometimes even throw our dog....it was only thru meditation and inner compliments that I was able to overcome my fear of our dog and replenish a healthy relationship with my family. Unfortunately they are no longer here to see me shine, but I keep on shining.
