Colour black is a sign of race in western countries and not in Iran. We can not change history thus we can't change Hadji Firooz ... this black faced figure is adored by all Iranians, so why changing it??? Just mentioning his name puts a big happy smile on our faces :)

Beautiful song and great video. I understand that this clip is old. However, there should be a modification to Haji Firooz and that is; "no more black face Haji Firooz ." We live in the era that mocking people of color means prejudice and why not to have white or mixed Haji Firoozes??!!!

@fsharifrazi We live in an era that tremendous efforts is being made, to make the true Iranian cultur to perish and fade away. Westeners are doing their part via Hollywood, and turks and arabs are doing theirs. And our own leaders and politicians in Iran are also undermining and criticising our (pre-islamic) cultur. So the outcome is obvious. But I agree with you in the sence that we shouldnt have had "haji firuz" to begin with.
