Its back up! I filed a counter-DMCA and YouTube reinstated this video saying it "has been reinstated because the copyright claim against it was invalid."

Remember, the person who files a takedown notice MUST have authorization to act on behalf of the copyright holder of the video, otherwise its a fraudulent DMCA notice!

If the band playing under your BB gun video had your video taken down for copyright infringement without taking fair use into account, or without actual ownership in the copyright of that song, you would be better off if you understood the law behind such actions. Just trying to help out the community, friend.

Not a question of whether you care, the issue is whether its legal. There may come a time when you do care and it isn't legal to take it down. I cared about the legality of it and got the vid back up, these laws are good things to know.
