Zhang of course is not from Taiwan. But if she was, she would still be Chinese.

According to both the ROC and PRC Constitutions, the Chinese mainland and Taiwan are both part of China.

I am from Taiwan. I don't know this girl but I am sure she is signing live because you can hear it from the music and the echo. A recording always has a better and smoother voice and purer instrument sound. The reason that her mouth doesn't match the voice must due to the image transmission by satellite. It can happen to any great signer. By the way, I agree that she should control her breath better to show her great voice. Don't involve Taiwan and China. Music should have no border.

this was from her first album, and she is certainly NOT lip singing, this video had a time delay. If you don't believe me then search up the other videos that show the same event.
