I believe that harriers cant actually shoot a player in spawn. it will just shoot around the player. It should be the same for the pavelow. Nothing player controlled, i think.

its also in black ops but as far as i know it works just with the dogs if theres a lot of teammates then the'll pass you .....if not they just stand waiting for you to move to another spot ...
