The triple twist is probably their weakest element, though they have improved on it. Give him a break you guys, the routines are difficult and you cant get every moment perfect each time. You never see David falling or crashing because he is never lifted, Jessica is. Pair Skating comes with a big risk and they trust eachother enough to continue skating together.
As a courtesy and a form of privacy for he skaters involved. I would not want everyone watching me after a fall like that. Her head bounced off the ice. I think it was gracious of them to offer as much privacy as possible in the situation. Last time she had alot of blood from her accident. Those in charge did what they thought best.

Ouch, her head smacked the ice pretty hard and he got hit in the head with her elbow. The only problem I have with ths is why did they turn the lights OFF on them? Shouldn't they have turned all the lights ON, so people could see what's happening?

I agree with lilCanadianChick that they are a great team. They seem to have good luck in practice and bad luck in front of cameras. I am so impressed how he took care of her even when he was clearly in a lot of pain too

Well i wouldn't put money on these two to win the gold for Canada at the 2010 games... Two injuries in a certain amount of time... Its amazing she still skates with him. Both were his fault too weren't they?
ok, now you can clearly see her head bouncing off the ice, so she did get hurt, and did NOT skate horribly, but real injury aside, could you not imagine the emotions running through this girls head after getting hurt AGAIN, when just 2 years prior she had her face cut open by a skate and had to recover enough and be brave enough to even get up in front of a crowd again, or course she was in shock and people who say otherwise are heartless and obviously never been hurt before.

It actually doesn't look quite as bad as I was expecting because she hit him before she hit the ice, but still, what a horrible sight! This couple seems to have had some real bad luck with accidents...hopefully they can solve their problems and come back strong next season!

This one wasn't-. She hit hos face with her arm so he couldn't see wwhere she was and she fell.. These two should skate together forever.. they look great together really cute real life couple and they are great on the ice..

I hate it when these accidents happen...The women are the courageous ones when it comes to pairs. I am sure they both hope this never happens again....i would think he feels worse about it then her...good luck guys

Aww,, Not again.. I LOVE them together.. Such a cute couple.. They just had some bad luck with these injuries.. But I know that they'll be back very soon.. I LOVE how he was the one that carried her away..

It actually doesn't look quite as bad as I was expecting because she hit him before she hit the ice, but still, what a horrible sight! This couple seems to have had some real bad luck with accidents...hopefully they can solve their problems and come back strong next season!

i don't think it's their problem, you have to blame the sport, pairs is extreamly dangerous and this was just one bad throw.

Its like the time her face was cut allover again. I had heard about the accident before I saw it so you know its coming.. She is such a strong person though and a real fighter. <3
