  • Wonderful! I didn't know about a single piano version. "Brasileira" means "a Brazilian woman" in Portuguese. You seemed to enjoy the Brazilian feel of the piece. Best wishes from New York...

  • Thank you for seeing it and your comment.

Yes, I also don't know whether a solo piano version is published or not, but I do want to play it because at that time I didn't have a partner for two piano.

    So I arranged it myself.

    Thanks again!

  • Lovely

It's not poor at all, Penne.

  • Thank you!!!! I am so pleased!

  • Somehow I missed that video, and I found it just today.

  • Thank you so much, you always check my videos.

This performance was about 5 years ago.

    My performance has chaged.

In addition this version arranged by myself, so quite poor! hahaha.

    Anyway, thanks a lot!

  • Great arrangement and playing! really hard to tell this is only a 2 hand version. One of my favorites...

  • Thank you so much!

  • your arrangement is quite good... I got to play a poo arrangement of this piece for clarinet and piano for my diploma...

  • Other than the tempo dragging in left hand during the right hand runs, it was very well done. Even though you're doing it a capella I would have liked to have heard more consistency in tempo.

  • Hi!

Your arrange is very nice! It's the first time that I listen a piano solo arrange of this..........untill now I only have been knew it for 4 hands, 2 pianos and Saxophone & piano.

    Good job!

  • Thank you so much for your comment!

I love this piece, of course original one.

I will perform this original one (4 hands 2 piano) coming October in the concert. So I am exciting now!!!

Oh! Saxophone & piano is also wonderful! I want to listen it!!!

  • You are wellcome.....

It's great that you will perform this piece by Milhaud so......continue exciting hahahaha and good look! I have played this with some Saxophonists but unfortunately I don't have recorded it. However you can find the Saxophone & piano version on youtube.

  • Thanks again. I hope I will be able to find the video performing by piano & saxphone. I have another concert tomorrow. I will play etude by Scriabin...

  • Poor? Well I don't think so Penne, I don't know what else could do to make that richer! I think it is great and played very well too, you are GREAT!!! Thanks a lot for shering your videos, especialy on that you makes me want to play that piece too ....someday! :-D

  • Thank you so much! I will play this piece with one of my students in the concert, October. I have to practice hard!

  • haha never thought could play by oneself nice is there some wrong notes?? hehe ur a teacher rite?

  • Beautiful!!! I'm playing it on Alto sax in Feb.

  • fine playing. you changed the backing. its much easier.

also it seems to wrong to me being a saxophonist.

  • fabulous!*applause* ^_^

  • Thanks!!

  • Fascinating, it sounds as good as the version for 2 pianos, and it looks so easy...

You're a fabulous pianist, standing ovations!

  • Thank you so much !!! I really want to find a partner for playing the piece one day.

  • I thought it was a pretty good arrangement. Nice Job.

  • Thank you for your comment, mariocast.

    I am so glad.

  • hehe. I would've paired with you. My friend and I have learnt hungarian dance No. 5 together. It's fun. :)

  • Hi, Omega, I would like to do,too. Yes, Hungarian dance is quite fun, I like no.1~6. sometimes I play no.5 with my students, they love it !(for children, there are some easier arangements.)
