Great, great job. Nice taste in influence. From your content you seem pretty down to earth and cool. For SRV sound you have the Fender. Ibanez is great 4 an amp yet, to me it has a bit of fuzz to it. For slight distortion tone or clean tone, Fender, Marshall are great. I even played a "Line 6" clean tone through a Fender, it sounded nice with simple strong fret work. I also play with the tone switch too. You play great,...strengthen ur fingers a bit more as you grow. Thanks 4 sharing!!

SRV had to look when he first started playing, and doubtless missed a lot of notes as well.... but after hours and hours of practice, combined with talent, he eventually could play like we know him. It's a good thing he didn't listen to jerks like you telling him he sucked when he started, and he wasn't a "real" guitarist, or any good. This girl is very good for her age.

Pretty good job. Try either using your thumb and middle finger or pick and middle finger at the beginning of the solo when executing the double stops on the E and G strings and you'll get a little more clarity and bite. Just a suggestion.

OK, just re-watched youir video. For the E chords you are playing an E7 chord. Sometimes SRV played and E7#9 which is what you want to play at the end of each section of guitar melody right before the break. Play E7 as you normally do but add the 3rd fret on the 1st string. You'll need to use your pinky finger. Either use a finger for each fretted note, or lay the pinky flat across strings 1 and 2 at the 3rd fret. I hope this helps! You are rockin!
