I tried going to that website to the unsourced claim at the end of the video but it did not load. The study it is most likely referencing is a NIDA commissioned study where they gave mice 2 mg of pure THC and the mice had memory impairment longer than 24 hours, but did return within 48 hours. The clincher is that 2-3mg is the dose of THC a human gets when they use marijuana. So a 20 gram mouse got a dose a 70kg human would get high off of.
