No rags to riches story, but a story about a guy trying to get him & his own through life who gets screwed & is virtually forced to enter the corrupt world against his will, by both friend & foe.While all he wanted was to simply live a normal life, stay away from trouble & take louise on real date.....

I fucking want Vice City in the GTA IV engine. You know... for the next GTA game after GTA IV. I mean they should keep the essence of Vice City but make it MUCH bigger and more life-like just like GTA IV. That would be awesome. Same goes to the State of San Andreas.

I think that will be great, explans more about how CJ "messed up" and what the hack happened at the start, but who will you play as ? (need to be someone who friendly with CJ I guess, because in the other GTA stories, the protagonist is friendly with the protagonist of the original. )

Vic or Pete could be the one killed in VC. Their are different opinions and evidence that support both sides. One half thinks its Vic because on the GTA VC site, their was a comment about Victor Vance being killed in a exchange. Others think its Pete because in VCS, Vic looks nothing like the person in VC. Not to mention the guy in VC was old and was mexican, compared to Vic being fairly young and african american, and was bald.
