@CaptainClaritydotCom - I have no clue! I just think it is arrogant to think that an entry level person "deserves" the same pay as an executive! It's also naive, like teachers unions (not all teachers think this way), that more yrs in means more pay! You should get paid what you're worth! If you only work 8hrs & think you should earn the same as someone who puts in a lot more hours, they're just plain ignorant! My husband, no degree yet- but working on it, started as a night shift tech at Nexte

Where do these uncleanly heathens work; hopefully not in the food industry. Do they all work in tattoo shops and head shops? I would never hire anyone who looks as slothenly as this bunch. We have seen video after video after video in which they yell at, shout down and threaten anybody who does not agree with them. 1/3 of them surveyed even said they support violence to get their way.
