@mastersam0071 There can be many reasons:

1. Slow internet connection.

(When using YouTube, it is recommended your connection speed is at 500 Kbps minium)

2. Downloading something while watching this.

3. Connection issues.

(Most connection issues are solver by restarting your modem and wireless router. I recommend you to have them turned off for about 20 seconds, then turn them on again. If that doesn't solve the problem, you may need to contact your internet service provider)

This is a Yellow-Naped Amazon (I'm not sure if you spell them exactly that way)...

They are one of the rarer (and because of this, more expensive) species of Amazon parrots... and you can tell this because yellow-napes only have a yellow spot on the back of there neck... someone asked, so there you have it =)

I have a Yellow Naped Amazon parrot (the same kind of bird as the one in this video). I really do think it's the bird singing it, not the human. My YNA sings in a similar voice to that one.
