Not the slightest of a beat off, smooth transitions, flawless (de)crescendos, and you add those grace notes at JUST the right time during the phrases. Man I envy this so much. by the way, the C chord you listed should be a C+ (C augmented) the F# makes it augmented resolving to a C. The Am/F# should be spelled as a F# dim 7. really nice job figuring this out.
