After many years of not working out due to neck problems I seem to be able to do this one with little neck irritation Even seems to loosen the neck up I seem to have better range of motion maybe the twisting motion helps I'm 58 and really stiff so will give this way a go I use a large ball to do the same or similar routine
I wlll start with 2 lbs to be safe and to think i used to Bench 275 and squat 300
great mate ! always wanted to work on the 'ol love handles of mine, can never be arsed with sitting up a million times for abs always prefer throwing dumbbells around cheers
@qpfc Haha, think this is one of my favourite comments ever :) Just make sure thats a controlled 'throw' your doing mate so we don't get any back injuries!
