  • How was the radio show - I think I was either in Jeju or teaching "summer special" classes!

  • It was a fun gig. I was there for about an hour or so.

  • love the shirt!

  • Awesome! What a great opportunity! Hope it goes well!

  • It's excellent to be a "learning teacher" with passion. Well done Steve.

  • Totally Jazzed.... so going to have to use that ! Good luck with the radio gig

  • it's old school!

  • That's so cool. Sounds like this assignment is much more fun than the last one. How cool that you want to settle there for a time. 5!

  • That it is!

  • after watching this I feel inspired to go and live in another country again.

  • ;-)

  • Best of luck with the interview - it seems like a perfect move for you!

  • Well, i'm sure it will be a fun time. Thanks!

  • I am so happy you are happy. Good vibes from Florida. My MO is the Domincan Republic. Happy Saturday.

  • happy Saturday back to you Tammy!

  • "to get to know local koreans and make them my friend base"-isn't that the only way?i'm canadian, but split my time in paris, osaka, and new york.when someone wants to introduce me to a fellow canuck...i run the other way.

  • so true!

  • its nice you have a close friend there :O) where is the video with you in the afro wig and the speedo?

  • ;-) Maybe for Halloween!

  • Great to hear everything is going great in Korea. I know that many people are a little shy about telling their non internet friends about their youtube videos. I've found it a good way alternative way to communicate with friends. I've even encouraged a few to start making videos of their own.

  • I think it depends on the nature of videos you make. Since I manly talk about the news and culture of living abroad, it really isn't an issue, since I tend not to discuss personal day-to-day things. If I did that, I think I'd have a bit more of a cautious approach.

  • Your videos are awesome as always. That tshirt is too cute!

It's great seeing that things are going so well for you. :)

My daughter wants to visit Korea. I'm thinking that if I can't get her into a study abroad program in high school, maybe she'll find a college or something. I'd love for her to get all the travel opportunities I probably won't experience.

  • Korean education is something very different. Perhaps just a holiday would be better. Uni is a lot easier than HS!

  • I am a non-expat club guy...my sister, on the other hand, who also lives in The Netherlands but for 40 years, has the American Club, ExPats Club...etc...and I don't get it. But, to each their own!

  • yup.. to each their own...

  • It is true. I live in France but am from the United States, and the most progress here was made by actually avoiding "expat" situations.

  • Cool!

  • Agree totally. always, no matter where you are, get in with the locals.

    Nice shirt. LOL

  • Werd!

    Yes... We should know!

  • It must be so enriching to get out of the regular day to day. To learn and interact with a wholly different culture. I'm jealous of you my friend.

  • It's a great experience.

  • do u do twitter?

  • not that often, since I can't get updates to my phone.

  • nicee shirt :) and vlog also!

  • ;-) Glad you got the joke!

  • Thanks for another wonderful video, always enjoy them. I am wondering have you started to learn Korean Language, and maybe you could incorporate that into your videos.

  • I might do a few. There's already a few great Korean Language Channels on here, so I might do some survival stuff.

  • Man thats great to hear ! I would be stoked too! Keep up the great work!

  • Thanks! I'm sure it will be a blast!

  • Thats great about your future plans.

And I wish you both the very best.

    good luck with your interview..

    **Kisses**

  • Thanks! It should be a blast!

  • awesome my friend, awesome!

  • Thanks!

  • That is incredible news!

I wonder if your school will realize the benefit of having you as a valued member of their teaching staff from such a large audience with YouTube.

  • They do. This school rocks!

  • I love it!! 5/5!!! :-)!!!!

  • Thanks!

  • Good to hear things are going well for you. Good luck with TBS!

  • Thanks!

  • Haha I like your shirt it's funny because I'm Korean and I've only been there once when I was 2.

  • Yeah, I got a chuckle out of it when I saw it online. I just had to get it!
