I do like Creed...I liked them way back in the day & I'm happy they are together now. It seems Stapp got his life together & that's always a good thing. We went to see Creed in concert last Friday night (Skillet opened for them) & Creed really sounded good. Mark Tremonti is a great guitarist.

I saw them at the Comcast Center last night and they sounded amazing. And personally, I like Creed a bit morethan Alter Bridge because Myles has an AMAZING vocal range and gives the songs an edgier feel. But Scott on the other hand, he puts his heart into the lyrics and the song itself, and gives the lyrics feeling and more emotion than anyone else I've heard. Alter Bridge is still amazing in my point of view, but I gotta say, Creed forever.

Scott's vocals don't have range, however he DID have a good vocal technique from '97-2005. THEN, he lost it with alcohol. So then in 2010 he worked on getting his voice back, and he's actually singing well again. Now I don't care if you watch, but the video below shows he can sing again. Critics even raved about it.

I saw them at the Comcast Center last night and they sounded amazing. And personally, I like Creed a bit morethan Alter Bridge because Myles has an AMAZING vocal range and gives the songs an edgier feel. But Scott on the other hand, he puts his heart into the lyrics and the song itself, and gives the lyrics feeling and more emotion than anyone else I've heard. Alter Bridge is still amazing in my point of view, but I gotta say, Creed forever.

The tour is bombing 2 canceled shows and poor ticket sales in every town .Midweek shows are only getting a couple of hundred people in huge stadiums.Just shows you if you fuck people over they don't forget.

I think screaming "sellouts" is really out of perspective. Many people don't understand what really goes on behind these things. Promoters get word of a big reunion and immediately make big money offers. Yes, the band stands to make a crap-ton of scratch from this. But none of them would do it if they couldn't sit and talk like civilized adults and squash the childish rockstar garbage. For any mature musician, the money is a byproduct, not the motivation.

Well Surtruten, your opinion is a just a sign of ignorance. Do both bands have great meaning behind their songs? Yes, but AB is much more current. It's the kind of lyrics that need to be heard today. Songs like Rise Today, Before Tomorrow Comes, Open Your Eyes, & Wayward One. They challenge you to make a difference in this messed up world with lines that hit you to the core. Blackbird is epic. So much meaning & emotion and can't be done better other than by the MUCH BETTER Myles Kennedy.
