ok well i dont no much about paintball. but i no this. paintball ammo does melt or biodegrade in water trust me ive put or dunked a paintball in water for 3 seconds and brought it out it was no good to use. so you can fire a paintball gun underwater. but its not very good for the gun. but hey this is an airsoft video. so airsoft can do more :)

@LuyenDarkness most paintball markers do not have any chips in them. that speed ball. paintball uses compressed gasses to fire which will stull work when wet

It may use compressed gasses, but you need a waterproof hopper. Some guns have a small chip or computer inside them and that will fry unless the gun is waterproof too. From a brief search on google, it's never a good idea to play like you described

@joshuafag10316 Good thing indeed. I've heard of KWA and Tokyo Marui gas guns working after being drowned in water, this is because they put some anti-corrosion on their guns real nice, unlike WE. I know a modern gun that won't corrode regardless of treatment of the internals - the Tanio Koba vp70m. It has stainless steel internals, and the other stuff is plastic. If you find a MGC g18 they have brass internals, don't use a glock 17 though - they use aluminum internals.
@Account0997 yeah but in taiwan KWA's back up parts come like really slow even tho KWA's main factory is in taiwan......and tokyo Marui is really expensive here in taiwan and if buy one youll need to upgrade tokyo marui for sure or it breaks down really fast so people like us in taiwan dont really buy them we just stick with VFC ICS or G&G and WE especially WE cuz we cant own real life fire arms so we love airsoft guns with hard recoil.....

This gun is powered via gas. You can't fire an AEG underwater. Batteries plus water don't mix(duh). The SCAR isn't waterproof, it simply drains the water out, just like any other gun.

@damanisdakila they don't do that. first off, they get either an M4 or M16 variant and they don't do weird jumping shots like this. it's just wasting ammo. plus, the Marines teach accuracy (marksmanship), so they would never do a thing like this. you just got shut down.

WHat are you talking about boy. Not as fun as paintball? Get out of here you clown. Only clowns like getting paint on them. Plus Air soft is cheaper then paintball if you don't want a super high grade gun. If you get a typical high grade gun with some key internal upgrades then it will still end up cheaper. It's only expensive if you get a full load-out and go nuts with your money.

This gun is powered via gas. You can't fire an AEG underwater. Batteries plus water don't mix(duh). The SCAR isn't waterproof, it simply drains the water out, just like any other gun.
