You get Audhulma before their classes changes. You get it during Ch. 15 depending on either with Eirika (Ephraim's route) or from Ismaire (Eirika's route).

Actually, if Joshua is the only one to fight him and fights him twice, you get the standard line from Caellach as well. It happens with any boss with special conversations.
