In my opinion, all Churches are the True church so long as they strictly keep the Commandments and follow The Word of God. They are numbered among the Church of the Lamb and not the great abominable Church who's founder is the devil. The LDS Church is True too, however they have all the keys to the priesthood and The Spirit of Revelation
Praise to the man who communed with Jehovah! Truth is on earth once more. The restoration of all things spoken of by all of the Prophets since the world began.

@zatokk If Joseph Smith was a fraud why was he willing to die for what he was teaching? if what he was teaching was false then why was he willing to pay the ultimate sacrifice instead of denying what he knew to be true?
you may not want to believe in our church, that is your choice. But i ask that you not slander our leaders names.
@GearHead458 I hate to break this to you, but Joseph Smith was not willing to die for what he was teaching. He never thought he was going to die in Carthage. Evidence shows that he was a fraud and a coward. Good day.
@zatokk ur n idiot... might wanna check ur NON mormon references again... Joe Smith died in the jail by a mob of haters who didnt like HIM (joe smith) as a person and didnt like what he was doing. Mormons are NOT polygamists, haters, hoarders or ne thing else... they try to live a life of chirst's works.. faith without works r useless, or something else like that

Sacrament meeting is one of three meetings held each Sunday, and as branch president, Riley will be responsible for the assigned topics that members will speak about.
Riley said. “We believe that we should meet together often and teach one another the doctrines of Christ. So each Sunday, several different members of the congregation, normally 12 years old and up, are asked to speak on a particular subject during Sacrament meeting.”
“They should have a stable marriage, a total commitment to the Gospel, and knowledge of the scriptures and church doctrine,” Libby McSheehy, director of public affairs for the Fort Walton Beach Stake, told The Log. “The stake president, Mel Miller, and his 12 councilors have input into the decision making process. When a decision is made, it is sent to the Presidency of the Church in Salt Lake for final approval.”
Much prayer and consideration of a candidate’s character, his experience in other areas of the church, plus interviews and inspiration go into choosing a president.

SALT LAKE CITY — Three months after Haiti's Jan. 12 earthquake, the numbers seem overwhelming — a death toll climbing toward a projected 300,000 and a million or more Haitians homeless.
Humanitarian relief efforts by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have resulted in equally considerable totals — more than a million pounds of food delivered and another half-million pounds of additional relief supplies provided.

Whether you believe in the truth of The Book of Mormon is irrelevant. The Book of Mormon is prophetic. An elegant story of today it reflects, corrupt judges, corrupt Kings, corrupt government, forgetting GOD, Unjustified Wars, raising the taxes on the masses, attacking the righteous. 911 needs to still be investigated!
We invite all people everywhere to read the Book of Mormon, to ponder in their hearts the message it contains, and then to ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if the book is true. Those who pursue this course and ask in faith will gain a testimony of its truth and divinity by the power of the Holy Ghost.

Through centuries of time men and women, so very, very many have lived and died. Some may die in the conflict ahead... death will not be the end" (6:00)
(6:44) Now, brothers and sisters we must do our duty whatever that duty might be. Peace may be denied for a season. Some of our liberties may be curtailed. We may be inconvenienced. We may even be called on to suffer in one way or another. But, God the Father will watch over this nation and all of the civilized world who look to Him. Some of the camp events are meant to foster spiritual growth in young people who will eventually head out on missions.
One is called “Hold to the Rod,” based on a story in the Book of Mormon describing a vision by the prophet Lehi.

The sacred building itself was destroyed more than once, on the last
occasion by the Romans in AD 70, yet the great church of Hagia Sophia
in Istanbul, the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, the headquarters of
the Templars, and numerous medieval cathedrals were all conceived as
symbolic re-creations of Solomon's original.
