Wow, what a joke, this place is!! I was a loyal customer there for many years, and what has transpired there now compared to the opening team in 2005 is nothing that should be defined as a "5-star Dealership"....Jerry Byrd, their current GM is responsible for that. His demeanor is so unprofessional and disrespectful for any dealership, especially one representing Steve Wynn. I can't believe Wynn still allows him to run the place, especially after he FIRED the old crew for NO REASON.
And by the way Jerry, GO SEE A DENTIST SOON, YOUR WAY OVERDUE!! Black teeth have been out of style since the stone age!!
