before i put my exhaust on my Daytona 675, i was nearly crashed into by every idiot on the damn road, it was extremely dangerous..i got TBR exhaust which is somewhat loud but no way is it distrubing i guess i found a good balance...but that being said my bike a racing type (street bike) not a harley or cruiser..so it's a little different sort of sound...but no cops have bothered me in any way shape or form..thank god cause i cant stand motorcycle cops..the ones here have the loudest pipes ever..

Loud car systems ARE a problem, yes, but so are excessivly loud bikes. I live on a residential street, and during the summer months bikers frequently ride through revving their engines as if they were racing the street light. While it's not as common as the boomcars, it's still fairly annoying. BTW, "picking" on the bassheads doesn't get good results, the ones that cruise the neighborhood at night get really ticked off when someone complains about the disturbance. :(
