I made this movie with a NVIDIA 9500M based notebook PC. It's a standard pixel shader lighting effect in iClone3. I did some trick to enhance the blood on the ground with edge specularity. Guess what? The bleeding animation was made by a scale change on a flatten sphere. You can do it too. :)

Yes I know about the effects but ATI cards are not supported when it comes to Self Shadow. However my new PC will have the rignt card type.
