The Kaptive beam system, very nice. The Joke Harbor website indicates that Joke Harbor has "very professional people". I would think people like that would be worthy of pension benefits, but yet the Pols and their Union busting law firm have no interest in the Teamsters Pension. They "claim" it is underfunded. Well, with attitudes like the Pols and their creep law firm have, no wonder it is underfunded. Hopefully someday the Pols learn there is more to life than mountains of money.

Dock workers making 13 bucks, drivers making 15 bucks , 2-3% Company contribution into a 401k IF out of the 13-15 bucks the worker contributes, 2-300 bucks a month for medical care from each worker. Then, the Joke Harbor non Union workers could get the rest of their living income from the "Rotary" club... whatever out of the goodness of their Christian hearts felt like "donating"... What a perfect world!

Mr. Vander Pole believes he and the rotary club do a better job than Govt because he wants to control how much help the widows and orphans get, not Govt. He is a Republican. as are most multi millionaires, and he beleives taxes should be spent by Govt on the military, to protect oil that his trucking business needs. HE... should control what spending the widows and orphans receive, people like him are "smarter" than Govt. Just like "his" medical plan is better than the Teamster plan.
HE should control the medical plan his employees get, HE should control what retirement his employees will recieve, HE should ultimatly control what wages, NOT the Teamsters Union, therefore, the Teamsters must go, even if it means putting scab drivers on the road who place the motoring public in grave danger, Mr. Vander Pole is a kind man, for NOT A LOT of money, his trucking company will haul food that nobody is willing to pay for, so widows and orphans can eat. He told me, that Joke Harbor freight delivers Alcohol to the state liquor stores, cigarrettes, and pornongraphy to adult book stores.
