Greg Johnson was in the beginning of the clip on the Fedorov goal. He was a Wing from 1993-94 until the trade deadline in 1997. It's none of the Flyer goalies because the only Flyers to wear #34 in that time period were Ryan McGill and Jason Bowen, both of whom were defensemen.

And the guy in the suit looks just like Mario Tremblay.
