I had her rebuilt at a garage but then the coolant system failed so it overheated and destroyed all the new parts :( Just had that fixed and literally just rode home... bike suddenly overheated again 1 mile form my house :( Starts up okay still, just praying there is no damage to the cylinder! Will need to check radiator, water pump and thermostat for functionality... Sign. Almost spent as much on this bike as I payed for it :(
@sstimmyy Bloody hell that sucks!! Check they actually put coolant in it! And remember to put 50% distilled water and 50% anti-freeze. That's the best coolant mix :) Let us know if it's still messing up once you've checked over it and i'll try help best i can :D
Well i know how annoying it is finding so many problems, but you will have a beautiful clean runner once everything is sorted out my friend.

I've always loved tinkering with stuff but generally i just research how to do things and then follow the instructions to teach myself as I go along :) One of the reasons I got the bike is to let me learn a bit about engines and stuff so theres no point it me getting it done at a garage! haha I will be getting the side stand sorted by a pro though, i dont have padock stands so cant really spend the time trying to solve the issue of it scraping the chain :(
You done a vid of riding on it yet? :) Still as reading the comment above saying you're not a mechanic, you know your stuff. Especially on this xD
