You are by stating that fraud and such are 'white folk crimes'. you would also be foolish to think that fraud and embezzlement are strictly 'white folk crimes'. many poorer countries are not able to get on their feet because their governments are embezzling. Enron and the Big Banks used the same practices of making money, the base of both were to have no over site(non-regulation).
Those that gave money to dishonest scams were looking for great returns...
The end result is the deserves now own or run the Governments of the world and the capital investors(the public) are out of all their hard work of tying to make a better life for themselves.
