The scene wasnt aired when the show ran for years in syndication. Just like a few of the turbo boosts scenes were cut out of the syndicated episodes. The scene Im sured was aired on NBC originally.

I doubt it, Hasselhoff probably just over did it on the speed needed to perform the maneuver.

Wow! The way that rear tire comes off the ground for a split second... Wonder if my K.I.T.T has ever done that when I pull that maneuver off.
