If you want to be able to do that what you do is just constantly flex your pecs as hard as you can and do that in sets then eventually it wont take that much force to flex them as much, and then eventually you will be able to do that! I'm a 15 year old guy and I do 70 pushups in a row before I go to bed!

@loopypie18 All humans, no matter the gender, have pectoral and abdominal muscles. The trick to "getting abs" is a low fat percentage. As a former swimmer you'll have trouble with that. And before you go crazy on a low fat diet, fat doesn't make you fat, carbohydrates (namely sugar) are your fuel and your enemy if you take in too many.
