Yes I do sound very nasal. it was freezing there and it rained solidly. We worked with lots of layers of woolly jumpers and so it didn't matter. We were very happy to be industriously printing away in good company with the other artists.

Yes I agree chopin65 on both counts -he's a grand little dog and he certainly looks like the Epytian god Anubis as a dog from Tutankhamun's tomb. He's a lot noisier though.

Thats really interesting and true. He's a great a protector of the 'dead' tired. Wish he'd take a days holiday- off duty from barking at people who dare to walk past the house.

Excelent peices of work there, I too love the different textures in the peices you found and placed together, in one of the peices it looks like the dog is looking through longingly to its escape into the countryside... beautiful! :¬D

Thanks v much and you are right its not easy to find the time. Plus I fretted for 4 weeks about going away to France and working for one week- really glad I went tho. I feel much better for it. Good luck with your life changes too - it isn't easy.

Thanks yellowlab. Yes I like it too tho I want to try out some more prints of my dogs. It seems a bit kitsch and but sod that I mustn't worry what people think. I have seen your lovely labs and your tractors race- great fun- but I was up til 2am watching them this morning- not such a sensible idea. My business/art pal Clare has taken off to Ireland and will be amoungst the mountains too by this evening.Good wishes
