@rickierich1 apart, because if they'together you'll put too much pressure on the shoulder joints...And if you swim for a long period of time you will feel the pain and possibly injury your shoulder with a common injury between swiimerds called "the swimmer shoulder"
i have a slow pull on free and back but i have a really strong kick but when i start pulling fast i slow down ... what should i do ? what ype of drill should i do?
in a 25 meter pool and u doing a 50 backstroke how many butterfly kicks do u need to do ? does it matter because i go till im in the middle of the pool... whats a dril i can do so my arms wont cross when im doing backstoke ? what do youthink of when u r in the water ? do u sing or what ? what gets u pumped up befor ue event ?
Cool, picked up some great tips there. Especially the "try not to turn your head - use your body roll" one for front crawl; I've been getting a cramp in my neck and shoulder muscles on the side I turn to breathe - obviously I'm not rolling my torso properly!

what are your hands suppose to be like in the water, fingers together or apart.
rickierich1 1 year ago
@rickierich1 Its not really something you wanna be thinking about to much, like for me, my fingers are spread apart slightly.

@rickierich1 together. they are there to cup the water and pull you along. so keep them together.
