  • Yes, windy, expensive hotels and the beer ist not my taste. So I must help myself with single malt. The ladscape ist worth this little handicaps - even the crossing in 2:45.

    It's using coal but has an interesting feature: push-pull capability.

  • @MartyLJ57,just to let you know that the GWR did try using Oil for a very short period on one or two loco's,but found it not to work so well as South Wales Steam Coal and abandoned the idea.I'm not sure though whether or not the two narrow gauge engines on the Aberystwyth to Devil's Bridge line ran on Oil when they were owned by GWR.
