  • Why the V8 never had a manual option is beyond me...

  • yeah i love this commercial.

  • I remember being amazed by this commercial's camera work, now its not so amazing.

  • I m looking for this video since 2000. Thanks for the Uploader.

  • Je cherchais cette Pub depuis plusieurs annees. C est La meilleur PUB que j ai vu depuis 2000. Chapeau.

  • I loved this commercial when I was 4

  • Yes! I found it. So excited I finally found this ad after like 5 years of wondering where it went. This still gives me goosebumps

  • Does anyone know the same and artist of the song in this commercial is?

  • @thedgreek

The artist is Rob Dougan or Rob D. The name of the song is Clubbed to Death, which there is many versions of it which you can from the Movie The Matrix. I've looked around to purchase this version of music but it is not available. If you want to hear his other version of it , you can find it on his album "Furious Angels" Cd

  • @emusnoc Actually, the song is called "Club To Death 2," which is not on the Matrix Sountrack (but part one of "Club to Death" is).

  • They need to make a 2010 LS. Their currents sedans are pretty meh

  • There is a clearer version of this commercial at the creator's website. Search for gdtfilms co uk and under "Classics" you will find Lincoln (Surprising Journey). This version is done in sepiatone.

  • Wonderful commercial, excellent music. An odd name for the original score though. Thanks for sharing.

  • I just saw this on an old (crummy quality) VHS tape I was recording onto my computer, and I was totally blown away. x The music and visuals are amazing.

  • badass commercial/car. i took one for a spin after my buddy bought one; it was awe inspiring to say the least. handled, rode, and performed on par with bmws and audis in my opinion.

  • I love this car so much. i got one! check out the videos.

  • I always liked this commercial, especially the music. I have it on some old VHS tapes along with some other commercials and stuff from that period...Thanks for posting it!

  • Yes- Best Car commercial ever. Loved it so much I bought a LS. Love the car. Too bad Lincoln does not make it anymore, but it makes my car even that more special. Thanks for the post.

  • Thank you so much for the kind words, I found this on youtube, my dad made this commercial and I even have the "ATX" train model featured in the video which was made for the filming of this commercial. It was filmed over in England, I traveled over there in the late 90's with my mom when he was working on the commercial. I'm glad you liked it so much.

  • Tell your dad that he's an amazing man. Does he happen to have a copy of the Rob Dougan remix used in the ad? It was never officially released in this form. It was an altered form of "Clubed to Death II" but the one on the released CD is inferior to the commercial. I'd be willing to pay for it.

  • IF there is a longer version. please share it. its pretty damn good.

  • sorry, there is not a longer version of the track as far as we can find. even checked the garage.

  • thanks for looking.

  • I love this car so much, though it is gone!!! Miss it!!!

  • I love this car so much, though it is gone!!! Miss it forever!!!

  • thx for uploading, love the music!!

  • Such a better commerical than the new "Starships Don't Need Keys" nonsense. Just when Lincoln was pulling even with foreign luxury cars they refused to pair the 5-speed with the V8, then uglied up the LS's interior, and then dropped the LS altogether. Instead of building on a good thing and trying to perfect ti, seems like Lincoln *wanted* to give up and fall back on cheese instead.

  • Best ad ever! I remember seeing the short version on TV years ago when I was in my mid-teens. My mouth literally was open the whole time. I will never forget the camera work or music. Few things have left such a big impression on me.

  • This was such an amazing commercial. There is another version of this ad as well if I remember correctly.

  • I also think I remember there being an even longer version.

  • There is a longer version. My dad made the commercial. I probably have it in my garage somewhere.

  • don't keep it from us, let us see this video...please!

  • Jaguar S-type

  • omg i love this car, my mom used to have it:]

  • Commercial is actually called "Surprising Journey". I wouldn't know this, but the song from the commercial was custom made by Rob Dougan, a composer I learned about and became an avid fan because of watching this. I own all his albums.

  • Umm.he only has 1 album.....Furious Angels.....which came out a couple years or so before the double disc version (2nd being instrumentals of the first) came out in the states. Supposedly there's a new album in the works....I hope so. He had a demo track I heard 30 seconds of called "Hang On".....God it was awesome. I hope he's tweaked that track or something for the next album.

  • This car is so nice.

  • Really lame that Lincoln neglected this car for so many years. It was a solidly built, fun to drive sedan.

  • @JesdaG I just bought a 2001 model for 6500 canadian dollars, cant wait until monday night when I drive the fucker home!

  • The music was for the commercial only. I think. But mayebe there will be it in the next Rob Dougan's Album.

  • the soundtrack to this commercial is a remixed version of 'clubbed to death 2' by rob dougan.

  • thanks. i did some research. i guess its commercial only mix. too bad. its nice.

  • The remix is very similar to the original ("clubbed to death 2"), so find that track if you like this music. If you can't find it then send me a message and I might be able to give it to you.

  • thanks appreciate it. i already have it.

  • This is the best version of clubbed to death 2, I'd pay good money to get this as a single.

Too bad it was just for this commercial, though I once remember hearing it coming from a store.

  • yea its a different feeling from other mixes. u apna?

  • anyone know if the music for this commercial was ever a real track? i found somewhere it was only created for the commercial... best commercial ive seen so far.

  • Was the last portion filmed in the Alps?
