The 1st pair of sunglasses seems to be sending video out differently than the 2nd pair of your friends. The 1st pair may not show as a drive as it shares the Headphone port. So maybe you must play the video back through a capture program. And there fore not faulty. But also its obvious that they are not clear about that. i have used all kinds of camera items in my life. and that type of connection normally or only worked when recording from Computer while played from device.

attention everyone do not buy the mv300 camera sunglasses  because it lacks sd card slot and every pair iv had the mother board seems to go out after only using them once its not worth 100.00

I have the first pair of glasses with the four buttons. the mp3, picture and video work fine, but when I try to replay the video back on my windows vista computor I get ( windows vista ) cant open the file because it dosent support the file.. can you help with this thanks

This confirms the trouble I had with them few years ago. I bought: laser, lights on car tires, sim card reader, usb bluetooth and more in one shipment and the laser, usb and lights were faulty. This was so cheap, so I didn't bother going through the "process" of sending the stuff back because I live in Iceland :)

thats what the most chinese devices do ihad a sciphone and when i plugged the usb to my computer it didnt made any difference then i found that is on Removable Disk in my computer

Mine does the same The two button versions are better but SD slot doesnt work and the on board memory records 20 mins... rubbish product

I disconnect the USB cable from the glasses, and it just turns red. I think it blew the Firmware. I've tried letting the battery go all the way and off the glasses, and then click again, nothing came of it. What can I do? My notebook does not recognize the most when I reconnect

DealExtreme is the online shop that you can trust. But you could imagine that hundred thondsands trasaction a month, the process of return (store credit) or asking for a replacement takes a month normally. However, no one would beat them for the bargain PRICE!

How to process the faulty claim

1. report faulty problem:

- you have read manual, forum, uploaded prepared pictures, uploaded videos (you can use my vdo link at youtube to explain the fault) at the same report (you need to report via their website).

2. When you get an email that you can send the item back

- send the faulty item with recorded deliver only

3. A week after, track your parcel in the courier website.

4. Chase up your case in dealextreme reponse, by sending the tracking result, attech receipt, delivery ref number and tell them that it has arrived and what the claim status it is now.

5. dealextreme would respond you by asking if you A. need a new one , or B. refund as a credit to buy other stuff on their website
