@anonymousstapler1 That's what we've always heard, but when you watch Curb, Larry comes across much more like the Jerry Seinfeld character on Seinfeld. The interaction between Larry and Richard Lewis is very much the same as the interaction between Jerry and George. Larry's a bit taller, more successful and laid back, and he pokes fun at Lewis a lot. I'd be willing to bet that Larry used Richard as one of the main ingredients for the character of George.

Actually as someone who does actually sell fabrics I must say there are great opportunities for schtick with the customers. It's a laugh a minute. Funnier than a Richard Lewis show anyday and you can walk out with a great deal on a nice piece of cloth as well.
