I can't understand why they had to follow the fucking "fashion" like sheep and detune themselves. Damn, detuned sucks, and by doing that bands only make that fucking false belief that low tuning=kick ass stronger and stronger and new generations will understand a fuck all.

Just think of AC/DC, Iron Maiden and so on: they aren't detuned and they are some of the most ass-kicking bands ever. Shame.

My favourite thing about hammerfall are their RIFFS! HammerFall practically invented Power Metal Riffing. It sounds amazing, Pam mute and then clear notes, it's amazing, and how they sometimes when any popular metal band would roll chugging, Hammerfall plays plain chords and it sounds amazing. And Anders is just brutal on those drums. The world best drummer, no doubt. The high pitch vocals of Joakim blows my mind. Amazing lead singer, my favourite of all times.
