It's not the artists suffering. They've never really made their money from cd sales (unless they hit platinum). They've gotten wealthy off of advances, concert sales, appearances, and ads. The people who are trully suffering are the ones behind the scenes. I can not bring myself to take food out of their children's mouths. We also suffer dearly because of rising prices in concert tickets and cds. It's a vicious circle that we are continuing.
