The pantomime: Worley knew that he was telling the truth, and knew Don Vincenzo would realize this if he really could spot a liar like he boasted. The kiss of death: you know as soon as he gives Worley that peck on the cheek it's over. Worley did it to provoke him into a passionate, emotional reaction before he could torture info from him. Yeah, it's funny cause Quentin Tarantino has always been the bold one, making his movies to the extreme and Tony Scott's the opposite - he, instead of the humor, tends to lean on the drama and emotional baggage of the story. What makes this movie so fuckin great is that it has the incredibly dramatic Scott scenes with the incredibly extreme Tarantino dialogues. And this scene shows the perfect team they make (+ badass image added by Walken and Hopper!!). It can't be described, it has to be seen

Yeah, Dennis Hopper's character wanted to protect his son and his girlfriend and he knew that they would just torture him until he eventually told him where they were.

So he instead provoked them into killing him outright by insulting christopher Walkins character so deeply that he would just kill him immediately, he played with there pride and their emotions and he bested them, mocked and pwned them in every way possible.

A truly awesome scene.

So he came up with an insulting LIE that caused walken to kill him quick without having to give up any information about his son. The FACT is that without tracing an INDIVIDUAL persons lineage it would be impossible to know wether he was part black or not. The Sicilians don't look like barack obama, and with good reason, they have mostly Arab DNA in them. There are however, moors who were black. The moors that had the highest concentration of Sub-saharan black was in Sicily, NOT SPAIN. But the black moors were only about 20% of the population of the sicilian moors.
