@kolai93 It is legal. That serves as kuzushi, breaking the balance. It is applied even in Newaza and all techniques should begin by a proper kuzuchi. It makes it all easier.

i believe there are 3 Isao Okano tapes. only 2 of them are instructional and the other is a documentary. ive tried to obtain them but they are only available through 1 particular site and they cost BUCKS. if i did my translations correctly the entire set came out to like $400. plus the fact that im pretty sure they are VHS tapes.

with help i was able to track down the documentary video and till this day still trying to get my hands on the other 2.
