Looks like bad connections on the LCD panel. Get a can of compressed air, turn it upside down and spray all around the edges where the screen meets the plastic casing. Be careful not to spray too much. If the problem temporarily goes away then that confirms the screen has bad connections. It will probably be an expensive repair if that's the case.
