June sure had the looks back then! Whew! Always great to hear the Carter sisters, how sweet, how beautiful! Strange thing about John - quite a few singers can sing lower, but when he wraps his rumbling ol' voice around those lyrics he sounds like nobody I've ever heard. So much rich, dark bottom in that voice! (at least when he was in shape).
