The signal at the intersection just west of the railroad crossing has a special right turn signal for northbound US 61/151/52 traffic, that has a solid red arrow lit when the crossing signals are active. Otherwise, the signal cycles normally for traffic that can still go (allows traffic to turn left off Northbound 61 on to westbound Jones St., highway traffic to go straight through, eastbound Jones St. traffic can turn left onto northbound 61).
@rpmangin to continue, there is another signalized intersection next to the same tracks, with two one-ways, again, with a right turn signal for the northbound one way which has a solid red arrow lit when the crossing signal is active, but the through traffic light stays green for the northbound one way, and red for the eastbound one way (left turns can, of course, be made on red from a one way to a one way if there is no conflicting traffic).
Nice video, great catch of throttle up at the end! I was noticing the bottom dump coal cars, wondering how many power plants use rotary dumps and how many use bottom dumps (more research!)
