The boss battles are actually pretty cool, but not very hard to figure out. It's a lot of just pumping lead...or...neutron matter, rather, into given spots.

@LiveForMyMoment This is why I so much prefer the Playstation Portable. As far as hardware goes, it is so much superior, not to mention... when the SOLE PURPOSE of playing a console boils down to a plastic stick, you KNOW it's not that good.

That said, I fucking love the Nintendo DS, and the games I own, such as Suikoden Tierkreis, SMT: Strange Journey, Pokémon SoulSilver, they're a few of my favorite handheld games yet.

The problem IS, the PSP is a super badly thought and done system....It's anything but PORTABLE....The battery life is horrible, you spend more time watching the loading screen than playing the actual game, the position of the pad and the buttons are crap, the ergonomy is awful....The PSP is a failure of a portable system as far as I'm concerned.....
