One thing I'm really tired of is people who say all goths are in essence emos. I'm pretty sure most emo kids want the pain to stop-They're not like goths who take PLEASURE in misery. Not quite that twisted/strong yet. The whole black outfit thing was a symbol of rebellion because we were told black is bad, and to avoid negative emotions at all cost. Our response would be something like they are unavoidable and the best strategy is to learn to enjoy them.

@Dracilla112 I thought it was okay at first, then it kinda grew on me. They became a good band that I occasionally listened to, but then I went to their concert. They're so much better live than they are on their album!

Also, this song she sings a little higher than she normally does (she said it's her least favorite to sing because she's afraid of messing up)
