Does your usb-adapter show on the menu "my computer"?
Mine doesn't. My computer gives the soud that it has noticed something but there is no icon in "my computer".
I can not get this to work at all, no communication between the scope and the computer.
I suspect the cable.

Very Good video! Thanks for posting! Just out of curiosity, Does the firmware update allow you to do anything differently? Or should I ask "What is the overall benefit" to doing this? I have the 6SE, myself. Great scope!!!

@stardust85100 microsoft has a nice program called world wide telescope
work with most scope i believe
its free too ;)
just need a pc :P
