unfortunately, the political polarization that began with Reagan, not W. has made us all this way today: you're a Liberal, the opposition calls you an America-hating commie. If you're a Republican, chances are you get called a reactionary or a fascist. I have both sides in my family, so I've learned to keep it nice (of course, neither side are fringe loonies).
Fox news, however, is all about the fringe loonies, and as are as they go, all bets are off.

I have looked at things from many angles, and my conclusion is that the "left" programs, such as Racel Maddow, are much closer to the truth than the right wing spinners.
I was raised in a Republican home, but soon saw the hypocrisy of being critical of welfare for the poor while cheerleading corporate welfare.
