One mile can be a long distance run for a 3rd grader. And it is like the start of long distance if you will. In track & field anything under a mile is left for sprinters. I think Lebron should be in the NFL & not the NBA personally. Too easy for him. And jumping higher than 10 feet is no big deal at all for an average 5' 9 to 11" male. Easy.
