You can also say I've started going to the Gym 4 times a week and burn 1,000 min, mostly on cardio but around 20-30 min's of weight training and supplemented with Creatine and Arson as a Centrum multi-vitamin.
Don't shake, work on the lower to mid lats and thickness. Get the outer portion of the bicep peak up a little more. It would look better in the double bicpes from behind.

Excellent shape and structure, and you look on track conditioning wise. Just practice practice practice. try thinking about pushing your shoulders and shoulder blades outwards instead of upwards when you hit your front and back double bi shots and see how that looks, it may accentuate your v-taper and lats. You shoudl do very well at your show:)

I've heard that doing squat and deadlifts for legs will help you build mass for the rest of the body too.

Keep murdering that back..heavy deadlifts, barbell rows, cables, etc..
Keep practicing your posing too. You can make up some of what you lack in your physique by really showing what you DO have very well.

Impressive physic. You've got size, symmetry, cuts.
Just need some back width. Traps are thick & ok, middle back seems to be lagging. Maybe heavy chinups, rows & deadlifts r all u need.
